Data we collect
We collect personal data in the following cases:
- Contact form: name, email address, company (optional), subject, and message, when you write to us.
- Distributor map: a consent flag ("maps-consent") stored in your browser's local storage once you agree to load Google Maps — no personal data is sent to us for this.
- Server logs: IP address, user-agent, and request timestamps, collected automatically by our hosting infrastructure (nginx).
What we do not collect — We do not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers, or user profiling.
Purpose
- Responding to requests submitted via the contact form
- Displaying the distributor map, upon your explicit consent
- Ensuring the security and proper functioning of the site (logs)
Legal basis
- Contact form: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), and where applicable the performance of a pre-contractual request (Art. 6.1.b)
- Google Maps: your explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a)
- Server logs: our legitimate interest in the security of the site (Art. 6.1.f)
Recipients
Contact form submissions are transmitted via Resend (using Amazon SES) to the Nearix contact mailbox. Your data is never shared with any other third party.
Google Maps: browsing data on the map (IP address, interactions) is processed by Google LLC as soon as the map loads, after you've given consent — see Google's privacy policy.
Retention period
- Contact form messages: kept for as long as necessary to process your request, then archived for up to 3 years after our last contact with you.
- Server logs: kept for a maximum of 12 months.
- Google Maps consent flag: kept in your browser until you clear it yourself.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights over your personal data:
